We watched the entire thing and it was outstanding- great characters great plot and some real surprises. Cut off from the rest of the world they must also deal with an evil stranger who has murdered one of their elderly residents and even while being held.

. Plot The plot centres around an island in the West Coast in the fictitious town of Little Tall island in the year 1989. As the town prepares for the storm tragedy strikes when elderly resident Martha Clarendon is brutally murdered by André Linoge Colm Feore a menacing stranger with a black cane decorated by a silver wolfs head. The story is told from the point of view of Mike Anderson Tim Daly the constable of Little Tall Island a small Maine town.
The storm is so powerful that all access to the island is cut off and no one is able to leave. André Linoge will appear in their lives to mark them for life. Linoge appears to know a dark secret about everyone in town.
